I think its a pretty cool idea, have different shrines to the gods located at various parts of the wilderness and after you make some kind of offering there is a chance you could get random effects from it. i.e.: luck up for 20 minutes aslo there could be unkown objects that various gods like/dislik...

Okay let me clarify this from a class-balance point of view. I will use fighting demons as the example: a mage can strap on two sheilds, stack up a few flames and pretty easily hold the demon in the flames to kill as many as he wishes. a fighter on the other hand has to strap on two sheilds to be ab...

Well i would expect a delay between triggering the switch and it taking effect, and probably even leaving you ungaurded for a second. I just think having them on your back would be a better than digging through your chest and trying to fumble around with arrow keys, picking out how many arrows you w...

Weapons on your back
For me switching weapons in and out seems to often cause lag that makes a monster easily catch up with me even if i am trying to move away to pull out a bow or range axe ect. Logically, a person could carry one set of weapons in their hand, and another on their back for a quick change. Instead of ha...

I suppose it was just a client side illusion that i didnt loose all that skill. But even then 10+ hours of work is a bit harsh to loose over a death or two. Belegi you are right, I do agree that this game isnt about power gaming or having the most skill ect. But craft skills and battle skills are pa...

Yes but you can still probably judge how good you are at something. In Illarion, you make a dagger and its just a dagger. so you look at your skillbar to know how good you are at making daggers. In real life, you make a dagger and it has many different qualities depending on how good you are at maki...

its Serial killer not Cereal lol.. And they are called that because a) they generally fit a pretty exact profile b) they usually kill in the same way every time and for the same irrational reasons over and over. and yes, they do exist. But i think its a good idea to try to keep that stuff out of Ill...

As hard as gaining skills has been made, its probably a good idea to adjust the high end items to make them harder to get. Even though i cant smith my second set of tools yet, or carpenter arrows, and it takes about an hour of work to make 3 greater healing potions, ect... Ive already accquired what...

btw id like to add that I for one have no problem with people playing villians, or even jerks for that matter. There are many in the real world and therefore it only makes sense that there would be many in a fantasy world. As long as you keep IC and OOC as seperate as possible, I for one ccould care...

In my opinion evil does not exist. It is simply a matter of opinion. What one person might find evil, another might find heroic. Say for instance if there were a war between Orks and halflings for example, a celebrated ork hero would probably be a hated evil being to the halflings and visa versa. Wh...
