The Academic Council of Runewick invites every citizen of Runewick to the citizens meeting.

All affairs of the town and academy Runewick will be discussed. It is clearly allowed to submit petitions.

The right to speak of persons who are not citizens of Runewick can be limited for the reason of order, especially if these persons are not recognized diplomats.
