The materials have been gathered, laborers and defenders of justice and peace are strongly encourage to attend to make swift work of constructing a fortification to serve as a ward against the threat of pirates and to give warning of raids into the known and consider badlands.

Additional guards will be stationed to discourage hostile incursions, and the presence of Cadomyrian knights shall be strengthened through regular patrols and sweeps.
