Character profileExelous
Currently offline Description of the characterxelous' right eye examines his surroundings with a determined glance: his thick tanned brow lowered above it, appearing as stern and unflinching. His left eye appears to be covered by an obsidian coated, metallic patch with scars leading from beneath it - indicating that the eye is in fact gone. His sun-bleached hair sits slicked back on his head, perhaps adding a sense of vibrancy to an otherwise now war-torn complexion. Always adorned in the finest caliber of armory, Exelous stands tall with an essence of power. However, it is unclear whether or not this is in fact aided by muscles or purely the makings of solid iron and steel. Over his armor he wears a thin, silky white robe: an embroidery of a howling wolf, with fire emblazoned eyes, covers the coat. The neck of this robe appears to be customized with the fur hide of a grey wolf, to keep the winter days at bay. Apart from his educated accent, most things about Exelous tell a tale of a life spent in the rough outback of Albar, where Exelous would seek bounties with fellow mercenaries in a life that seemed like all too long ago. Story of the characterormerly a bounty hunter residing in Albar, Exelous can now be found biding in Cadomyr, serving out his days in loyalty to Queen Rosaline Edwards. Under the guidance of temple warrior, Ssar'ney, leader of the House of the Sea Serpent, Exelous learned the finer arts of combat through a strict regime of intense physical training, praying and aiding fellow citizens of the realm. Now an independent and holy warrior of the hunter god, Malachin, this knight of the realm can be found across Illarion promoting a path of honor and justice. Should he ever be met with threats of physical violence, any opponent of Exelous would soon be aware that his beliefs in the path of old traditional values coupled with his strong faith values would cause Exelous to return the favor in Malachin's name. In an event that would alter the course of his life, Exelous appeared to go AWOL but was in fact abducted by a gang of marauding orcs, soon before the notable orcish invasion of Cadomyr: "The bastarding orcs tortured me to within an inch of my life, even going so far as to remove my eye. With a rusty spoon, no less... Had it not been for my prayers to Malachin, I am certain my fate would have been death or worse. I prayed night and day to the hunter god, hoping his sword of justice would come and remove me from that awful situation. As luck would have it, I awoke one day to find my captors savaged, as though eaten by wolves. I am certain it was by divine intervention." | ||||||||||
