Currently offline Description of the character alzak is an extraordinary young wizard whose appearance and demeanor immediately shatter the stereotype of the frail scholar confined to a tower. He is distinguished by his short, coal-black hair and a surprisingly long, thick beard, which lends his youthful face the look of a seasoned wanderer. Nature has endowed him with a brilliant, analytical mind and an unyielding, steadfast character. What surprises observers most, however, is his physical strength; unlike many other mages, Balzak possesses a stocky, powerful build—a trait that, combined with his remarkable courage, makes him an ideal candidate for a wandering battle-mage. Though still a novice—knowing only a handful of basic incantations, with the more complex arcane arts remaining a mystery to him—Balzak compensates with immense ambition. He dreams of greatness, fame, and the mastery of the most potent elemental forces. He does not shy away from direct confrontation with monsters, nor is he deterred by the scorn of elder masters. He wears simple mage’s robe, devoid of unnecessary ornamentation—attire perfectly suited for the rigors of the road.
Story of the character alzak never knew his parents; his only legacy was an old copper medallion with a worn-away coat of arms, found on him when he was abandoned as a child at a shelter. The life of an orphan in a world of monsters was brief and brutal, yet the boy possessed two gifts that no amount of gold could buy: a sharp, knowledge-hungry mind and an unyielding tenacity. Rumors of the gleaming towers of Runewick—a city where wisdom was valued above lineage—spurred him to embark on a great journey. When, as a teenager, he first passed through the gates of the elven settlement, he knew he had found his true home. Its magical atmosphere and scholarly tranquility captivated him completely. The Great Library of Runewick became his sanctuary. Balzak spent his days and nights hidden among shelves filled with ancient volumes. Working as a library assistant, he would zealously transcribe manuscripts in exchange for the opportunity to study the arcane arts. Before long, his heart was captured by two fields of knowledge—both extreme and, at the same time, utterly fascinating: • Spatial Magic: The prospect of bending the world’s barriers and traveling instantaneously—using formulas such as *Locus Ianua*—granted him a sense of absolute freedom he had never known as an abandoned orphan. • Offensive Magic: The boy understood that the world beyond the academy walls was ruthless. He absorbed the secrets of the destructive fire rune *RA*, viewing it as his one true shield and defense against a world that had cast him aside. Balzak, however, had no intention of spending his life as a scholar confined to a tower. In his courageous heart, a dream flickered: to become a wandering mage. Books served as his map, but the vast, unknown world would be his true test. He longed to set forth, confront monsters in deep caverns, explore forgotten ruins, and prove to everyone that a nameless orphan from Runewick could—through the sheer force of his own Will—carve his name into history as one of the most powerful wizards of his age. With a wand at his side and a leather bag full of scrolls, the young mage Balzak was finally ready to step beyond the threshold of the safe library and begin his own story.
