Description of the character

Standing at over 6 ft, brawny, blue-eyed, of fair skin and fair hair, this man is an exemplary Norodaj, displaying a fittingly proud and fierce character. Covered in furs and leather, it is evident that he eschews all the trappings of civilisation. A greatsword, usually sheathed on his back, is this barbarian's weapon of choice.

Story of the character

wild man hailing from the frozen wastes of the far north. His harsh homeland, its culture of feuding clans, and a life dedicated to the pursuit of physical prowess brought forth a warrior who prides himself on being tough as leather and hard as merinium.

His tribe is considered uncivilised even by other Norodaj, for its barbaric customs teach that what you cannot protect never truly belongs to you. Much like the unforgiving environment of their homeland, the tribe rewards sparingly and punishes harshly. Ever since encountering dwarfs, the tribe's smiths seek the Enigma of Merinium to forge weapons for their wars. As Arnold was born as son to his clan's smith, he was expected to follow his father's trade, the only craft held in esteem.

Together with a warband of fellow barbarians, he descended upon Illarion to seek glory, plunder, adventure, and the Secret of Merinium.
