I perpose a long range weapon.  A musical instrument.  It holds the person you are attacking with it in place for random chances depending on your barding skills.  Have it be rare.  Very rare.  Then hide the way to make it in the land some where like painted on a rock or hidden a cave.  Maybe a note...

Well if their is to be a party it should be held near the tavern.  If magic is involved a little bit south of the tavern.  That way when you get done battling and having your fun if some one is in.  You can order drinks and food.  Might need some time to prepare if this is to be the case though.

As long as you and the rest of your guild obay the rules I see no problem with it.  But that is just me.
