Someone tells new ones to fear the order...
While on the subject of explaining guilds ....
The Tavern is a guild that respects intelegence and wisdom above all other atributes. The Tavern's only purpose as a guild is to provide a work force and security for the work force of the tavern the guild eventually plan to run. The Tavern is also neutral and looks for atributes in a person that would be useful in the guild. April is a Goddes in the guild currently. Demi-god actually, she just started but with olorins help was able to resist the purifing fire of the golden cross thus proving her purity. The Tavern does not endorse fighting unless it is to quail a fight in place already. The Tavern has only about 6-10 members. All of the members are loved by the majority of the community and unless they wish they do not have to show themselves as members until the tavern is open. The Tavern does take applicants but they go through a screening process in the game to see if they are worthy to be a member. The Tavern tries to help when it can but do not cross it because all of the members have powers to defend themselves and the guild if it ever came down to it. The Tavern's members should not behave in a maner that is bad for the guild or they forfit their rights as a member. The Tavern endorses the members of the Grey rose and other Grey Light divisions. The Tavern allows you to become members of other guilds since the main purpose of the tavern is to run a tavern. The Tavern is basically a company for certain people to work. The Tavern is still a guild and expects a few things from its members. One, do not kill others without a good reason. Two, when you have the chance make an account with tripod so that i can let you have access to the members only section. Three, top members of the guild should be listened to. Top Members are listed on the guild page. Four, when the tavern is ready please, when you log on, spend some time doing your appointed job in the tavern. I do not care if you spend half your time there and the other time away.
Rules for when in the tavern:
1) Wisper please it would be very hard to carry out a conversation if you do not.
2) No fighting or practacing unless you have permission from me and the person doing it or else it will be taken as an act of aggression and will be delt with accordingly.
3) THERE SHALL BE NO MAGIC IN OR AROUND THE TAVERN UNLESS IT IS US TAKING CARE OF A PERSON WHO IS DISRUPTIVE. This is because it would become a big distraction. To much noise pollution.
4) All must introduce before they come in. This is so we can tell who is causing a disruption
5) Check your outside differences at the door. The tavern is for all and it will not take fighting in or around its lot. Leave all disruptions to guild members. We should not need your help unless we ask for it. (Ie. We say every one target so and so and let loose your best magical attack then do not heal him make him walk to the cross it will teach him a lesson) this will keep the tavern a place to meet friends and buy food and drinks to let go of every day life in illarion. I plan to have an inn upstairs so you can go there and log off for a price. This is for roleplaying purposes.
6) I hope to make friends with you all differances aside to beter help you in the tavern. How ever if you bring your outside differances into the bar and do not follow the rules you will ruin the experiance for all and then you will make many enemies. The tavern will be a place for all to enjoy themselves. Do not bring it here. Go somewhere else to do it please. This will not be a place to pick on people else you might get killed and that would be no fun. I ask and plead with all not to bring it into my place of business.
