Account Creation Not Working

i created my accoutn.....bu i have not yet recieved the email to confirm.....whenever i open client....i enter my character name pass but it tells me i must be accepted via email. What am i to do??????

Now all you have to do is wait. The e-mail confirmation is not sent automatically, and only sent when the account moderation has accepted certain things (like the character name).

You won't be able to open the client until you have answered the famous "two questions", and received yet another e-mail confirming that your account is being activated.

I hate quoting myself, but here goes:

Hence; a physical human being processes the account requests.
In other words, you just have to be patient.

Edit: The first e-mail you get contains two questions you answer and send back via e-mail. If your account is then fully accepted, your account is activated a few days after you receive the second, and final e-mail.

Note though that if the name is not accepted (I assume you used "Lentira", which doesn't sound bad to me right now) - you will not receive any confirmation and have to reply again.

Give the account moderation crew about one to two weeks time. Some people had to wait even longer.

First of all you should read this to get information about how to get an account.

Then make an account request using the Account request form.

If your name got through you'll get an e-mail with two question which you have to answer in order to get an account.
