On one of my characters, i am not able to cast Ra Kel Qwan anymore, is this problem on my side (from game mods) or has it been removed from game, if it has been removed from the game - WHY!?!. Otherwise - Dang.

Well, the GM's boost did a good bit, before the boost I could beat him with somewhat ease., then after the boost he could beat Muten with no sweat at all, and Muten can make me run and hide in just one hit... There is no coal on the surface, i have checked everywhere. I demand access to coal! I will even lower myself to pay a fee for it, but I will NOT buy coal from a merchant, it goes agenst my code.

I can see how you could make new ones and put it in RP, but how exactly would you add on to the current island and.. well.. put some roleplay to it.
