Ranger Guild

After recent events i think we must form a Rnager Guild To
Defend the Forest and seek out all who hide in it. We need
strong warriors, Keen Eyed Searchers, And bow umm people
(to be politicly correct)
Tell me if u back up my idea and mabey we shall make a ranger
guild
(No i am not nessicarly the leader)

hmm, I don't know if such a guild is necessary, why don't u ask the other guilds if the can share some of their members to have a look after the forest.
I would think this is easier to handle and would rise the interguild relationship.

Hmmm, I like this idea. I must say that rangers are needed in these troubled times. Oh and Korn rangers are not of the forest only they are the guardians of nature specialized warriors attuned to nature able to fight better than druids but with less or without magic.

I was the Hunter for a noble family on the continent.
they got very poor and so they had no work for me left since they had to sell their lands and their woods.
but as i now came here searching for a noble work suitable for my kind i found this letter here.

count me in. i will protect the forrests with all my heart and all my strengh. i am an archer and and a druid since in times of danger its good to be able to make ur own wind potions.
as the guardians of nature we will protect every single person asking for our help and we will guard the nature and we will hunt the monsters that try to destroy the safety of our woods.

but i dont think we should hanlde this as just another guild.
a guild or clan or whatever they might call it is not the right thing for such a situation.
we shall be a free unit of rangers. everyone must be indepentend. everyone must give information to all the other rangers.
like a net of rangers u know?

we may choice rangers for every area.

Perhaps a guardianship system where each ranger is assigned to protect a certain place until there are more members in which case probably more than one guard a certain place? I do not think that will work but when I have an idea YOU MUST LISTEN!!!! MWAHAHHAAH!

Well that is a very good idea Fathe Boron that
was how i thought of it alwayss though. I don't really
like the ideas of the guilds were that is all u must do just
what the guild says. So i do think we should be a web/net.
please give me ideas and i shall begin to construct it.
oh yeah we need a name, The rangers of something...

i think murphin meant that members of guilds are less indepentend then rangers in a network of rangers would be.

btw: gylyn. the name "guardians fo nature" was my idea =P

btw2: i am very pleased that murphin now takes care of the development of the ranfer idea. plz contact us if u need any creativ or manpower help.

btw3: interested rangers may call in which area they are interested in. i am willing to take care of the forrets north east of the shop (so where the sheeps are and the shaman place. + the area north of it).

I beleave the ranger guild is a very good idea thats because it was part my idea i think that the meambers should not be oblagated to do anything but disied when to work and help and when not to.

Nay for if we want rangers to guard nature then they need to act fast not delay thinking about whether or not they want to protect that part of nature.

When i said "the rangers...." I was reffering to
a name. example "The Rangers of the woods"
and my idea was not to have a group from each
guild but to have a guild dedicated to the protection
of illarion. Foe another example if someone was having
a bad war in the woods u could call the rangers and they
would be pefectly suited for the situation. (We are specialized
in the woods"

GRRRRR if you want FOREST guardians do not call them rangers! it violates the spirit of rangers rangers are protectors of NATURE NOT just the forests!

I just thought the name should be "The Rangers of Nature's Eye" or the rangers
of natures something I also think there should be a forest god though it dose not
have anything to do with the guild.

The agenda of our guild is not fully desided but i think that it should go something like this:we will start with simple tasks like stoping PKer or GMer and as the guild grows move to stuff
like all round map peace but of not interfering with outher guilds matters. Then when our power is very strong we might even combat power hungry, blood trusty, doom wealding guilds but not saying any names.

If you wish to join this guild there will be instroctions on the home page but for now find me Sir Hope or Korn Muphin Two/One one Illarion or post a message on this board. THX

well... you have my premision to be in our lands if you follow our rules, in our lands...
i know it might seem arogant of us, but we need our own ruels, and if you want to be active in our terretory, you have to to, as everyone else...
(exept the king, he might do as he pleases, he is the law)
if we get rich, afterwards, we might even build a headquarters, for you in our woods, but this is just a personal and spontan suggestion wich have not been accepted in any way by the guild members, but it is a possibility...

I think that we should respect the laws a rules of other guilds but in turn they should also respect ours though they have been fully disided.

I also think that it is not fair to clam a peace of the land as your own but that is a defferent matter

well as i mentioned before i wish to join the rangers.
but what sir hope said sound again just like another simple quild with just a bit new goals.
this is not what i wanted and not what i suggested rangers would be like.
we have to be more independent then members in a "normal" guild are.
the "later" goals sir hope mentioned are really too much i think.

we shouldnt care about what other guilds do. we r no knights and no police force or such.
we should protect nature and especially the woods. when somebody gets in trouble there we should be able to help. we should protect travelers, otherwise they would probally get hurt in our woods and then could damage it in defense.

btw: the ironhammers dont just call some land as theirs. they actually want to buy land in illarion but with their land leif probally meant their lands on the continent.

Hmmm Fathe Boron rangers are not police force BUT they are defenders of nature guardians if you will even in towns there is nature and you cannot think that nature only needs to be defended in the woods the very idea is preposterous.
