A number of parchments seem to appear on the board of Trolls Bane but also in select places around Gobaith. The language of the parchments are in common, a copy in elven and ancient also. There are a couple of parchments translated to human, halfling, dwarf, lizard and orc though the translation is so bad they may not be fully readable.
Citizens of Trolls Bane. As a nominee for Council I realize I may not be able to personally meet all of you however would like to know the important issues for the town you would like the Council to address. If a meeting is desired to discuss this, leave a parchment here and if possible I will try to arrange. Even if you are not a citizen and would like to talk of foreign relations or issues in the town, either send a raven or leave a parchment here, realizing the citizens of the town will be given the first priority.
