Lotho laughs...

This land is very..strange. A dwarf, enjoying the bright sun. An elf who has low intelligence and loves to fight and start wars. Orcs that speak properly. ("Excuse me sir, would you be interested in buying some apples that I picked?") Finally, halflings who love to use magic, and even start a school of magic. I have not seen any problems with some humans so far. That also goes for lizardmen.

((If I may, I would like to quote from the Moonsilver about halflings: "Magic for sure is not their prime talent. May it be that there are some Halflings tempting the arts of magic but it is highly recommended not to be close as one or the other spell might turn out in a way which was not intended." I'm not trying to stop this school from being created. I'm saying that I don't often hear of powerful mages who are halflings.))

Yes, indeed this is a strange, strange land...too many have forgotten their roots..their heritage! It will be the doom of us all, of this disease is not stopped.

((Lotho, you have just written about a key way to detect a bad roleplayer...I too do not think a "School of Magic" should be headed by halflings))

(( 'one or the other spell might turn out in a way which was not intended' this doesnt mean we will not be able to cast. We may cast unsucessfully, sometimes, other times we may not. I am not a part of this school though I am a mage. However, my intell is restricted and I can only perform basic spells. I do not see my char as bad rp. ))

For all students and teachers:
There WILL be lessons taught by the teachers on saturday. I shall be gone, so....the teachers will take over! lets pull for about 2:00 pm Central Time. Is this okay teachers? i will be on a trip, so, i cant teach this day.

Well, people just dont want to learn magic anymore...So i cant really do anything about that. Until There are more people who want to learn, the school, is , on holiday.
