First off I'd like to thank you all for accepting me. And as for a plot of land, I think any area should be able to be purchased, but I would rather see us buy some place farther from town to put some hobbit holes, by the way tell me how much the final cost of the plot we DO buy will be and I'll try to help out. I'm not rich but I have a little more stowed away from an adventure not too long ago.

Well, our goal is 2,000 ingots. I think its a bit high....but thats what crosis says.
I, also think that we should definately build the hobbithole away from town. I dont know about you, but i dont really want frequent "visitors" coming in....Also. I think that it would be really cool if only hobbits are ABLE to come in. ((maybe the gms can do something like that))
Also, we must think, that, in the hobbithole, we want grass. And, grass is free i think...So, we dont have to pay for a lot of tile....We also will want plenty of room inside the hole to farm! Which is why we need grass.
Another thing. I think that we should all donate once a month at least. I mean, if we all donated 5 ingots a month, then we would get up there really quick! Crosis shouldnt be the only person working! (not to say he is....)
We really need some money-raising hobbits to get to work! The public isnt going to provide for us, i am seeing. So, we will have to provide for ourselves. We will have to farm, do whatever it takes to reach our goal.
Im thinking once we have the hole, more hobbits will want to join. But the thing is, should we allow other hobbits that arent members in our beloved hole? As they didnt bother helping us to get the hole.....It reminds me of "Mother Chicken" (not mother hen..)
ANyway. I will have some money for you crosis by the end of this week.

You know, Nilo, that Hobitcave somehow reminds me an awful lot of

To get something like that done, a hobbithole I mean, how much would we have to pay, and to whom? I'd like to get a nice estimate, and not something we would "hope for". I want what we "need". I know we don't konw for sure but I'd like for someone who actually knows to tell me how much a building liek that would cost.
Everyone quit worrying about buying land for now. I've been looking into it.
Maybe we should plan on having a guild meeting soon. (After the 4th of course.
) What days are best for people? Weekends, week days, or does it not matter?

Bumbol, I wouldn't ask you to say it here, but where exactly is the land you speak of buying, and I am still curious as to whom we actually buy from, ((are you talking about the place outside the tavern, or somewhere else? I'd like an x and y coordinant if it isn't outside the tavern)) do you have to go thru the GMs or the Lyrenzia Foundation?

Just incase anyone didnt know this here is the link http://www.illarion.org/community/forum ... c.php?t=29 to the prices of every thing we could want...we should estimate high so we have enough in the end.
Moving on...we need to start thinking of a project we could do. Maybe another festival, or we could gather items and have an auction. Any other ideas?

Well, Lyrenzia organized the building of the wall...thats the only thing i think..heh.
It does have pointless 'cases' in which they try to find out who did it...but, all in all....they really dont do much.
Again, not taking sides....
If we hadn't had the "war against Darlok" I would say this:
"It is important for us to remain in Lyrenzia, in case someone were to start a war against us or something strange....They could also protect us against other things."
But, as we all know, They didnt help us in that war. Instead, i think they...stayed out of it. Saying they didnt want to get involved.
Er...i think im leaning towards getting out of it too...heh

An herb auction sounds fine. I have tons and tons of herbs in my depot ready to be sold.
