Double-clicking and merchant NPCs

Post by S'rrt »

Don't know how aware the team is of this right now but more and more players are noticing the inability to use items by double-clicking on them. This also applies to bags but hotkeys like B and I still work.

In addition to that, saying "trade" to merchant NPCs crashes the game and leaves the character logged in, visible on the online player-list. Repairer NPCs, however, work fine.

Also I noticed the "conversation/action-window" isn't working properly. After some time it just hops back to the start.

The following Mantis tasks were used to report the double-clicking and trade NPC issues last night and things will be resolved as soon as possible:

I've added a task for the conversation window roll back issue:

Are there other ways to still trade with NPC merchants? :( And is there a way to force log-off a character?

Edit: Solved, just had to close the process.

Do a ctrl/alt/delete if you have windows 7 (not sure about windows eight), scroll to the option for task manager or get in task manager another way. Scroll down and find java.exe and stop the process.

(glad you solved it)

Trade seems to work in the dev client but some NPC's are missing and the graphic of other chars are sometimes hard to see even if in the same room.

The problem with the invisible NPCs is fixed and the problem with the crashing merchant window is fixed.

Both fixes are part of the new client release we just published a few minutes ago.
