All homes and flats guaranteed clean of dust and debris and for extra coin, they can also be cleared of any lingering spells. There is no guarantee and no return.

New and old language welcome to rent, discuss your wishes in either language and the Quartermaster will attempt to accommodate. Send a parchment per raven or dove in order to meet to pay rent.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
~You must be a citizen to rent and your place is forfeit if citizenship is changed.
~Properties may be rented for no less then three months (at the Quartermaster discretion) and for up to a year or more.
~Anyone loaned a key by another is also expected to return the key when the other stops renting
-For every month the rent is late, the Don may charge an extra 20% per month late fee..this is up to his discretion.
All questions of price and rent of flats should be referred to the Don.

CHANGING ROOMS
The management apologizes but can't give any return fee for rent only partially used.

DECORATING
~In order to change a room's furniture and appearance, a year's rent is required and extra gold.
~If you pay for more then one year, you can still make changes once a year on your anniversary.
-Bribes are to be met and the builder requires pay..and may require materials. The gold required is typically 20 yet may be more if a large change.

Anyone visiting the Flats will be astonished at the scope and planning of Galmair's gods and the Don in their development.
Those lucky enough to rent at the moment are included in this list. Inn rooms will eventually be added so keep looking at this parchment.

There is a small reward for the return of any key when rental is complete, for details talk to the Quartermaster.

Auction date: Malas (( Friday Aug 30th 15:00 CST -7 server time )), Findos (( Friday Sept 6th 15:00 CST -7 server time )) after that the auction is closed and winner will be announced.

The Auction is not a secret one. If you wish to send me your bid I will add it here along with your name. No bid will be taken if your name is not written on the parchment.

Bidding will be per month however as with the Flats, 3 month minimum is expected and winner can pay up to a year's Illarion time. Per month bidding will start at a nominal 6 gold with 25 silver increments only allowed.

The first bid after the starting date of Malas 17, should be 6 gold and 25 silver, each successive bid will be 25 silver or more higher..

A small parchment is added to the town board, it flutters amid the others and may be easily missed..

All Flats and houses are rented until someone decides to leave or falls behind on their rent.

Kyre changes the first board information on what is due, writing them in a different color.

The ones in a bright color have rent due or have notified me of wish not to rent anymore but still have keys due. Please return the keys so the rooms can be rented again. Keys can be given to the Don, or any of the chancellors.

If anyone has a wish to rent any of the rooms that keys or rent is due, contact the Quartermaster and arrangements can be made.

Flat Elara, Flat Adron, and Flat Sirani are open and ready for occupancy having been cleaned at great sacrifice during Mas.

No guarantee a couple of spiders or a stray slime hasn't snuck in after cleaning however.

After this month, any rent due that is late or the key isn't returned.... is required to pay an extra gold, ONE GOLD.. to continue the rent and will also lose their 6 month half price offer. Thank you for your understanding of the extra work required for late rent. Coin can be given to Oxi or Kyre

A mummy walks painstakingly from the sewers to the Flat's carrying a dirty parchment between two fingers. It leans down to slip the parchment under the door of Flat Irmorom.

An upstanding citizen of Galmair sees it imposing on the area of the Flats, immediately challenges it to a duel and the mummy succumbs in the fight with an almost relieved sigh. No one sees the parchment unless the owner happens to come by to view it.

Remaining unsigned, the person that wrote it is recognizable to some, though how it was sent remains a mystery.

We apologize for the experiment that overruns the Flats and have given any renter an extra four days rent. The problem is attempting to be rectified by our resident Master Alchemist.

Flat project:

The crack has been repaired so ready for the rest of the work...

Clearing out the rotten chairs and barrels, shoveling the mud and getting rid of the remaining water. Done

Building a bridge to go from the vicinity of Flat Nargun to the roof of Flat Oldra where there is now a pond with strange light coming from it. Benches and a park like setting to be added there.

Find the shortest entrance to the Flats that won't have people running outside by the toilets and in all weather.

Arrange some greenery and remove the rotten table near the depot Done, also move the depot to a nicer place near a park bench for ease of use.

Replace any walls that are too moldy inside the flats and plan two flats with a door between that can be either rented as one flat or rented as a double flat.

Place locks on some rooms at the Inn leaving only one or two for guests and rent those out to citizens, price to be determined.

Thanks to all the citizens showing up for the work force, much work got accomplished this first day.

Finally securing a bag of coins from the Don's treasury, some of the long promised proceeds from past elections, the man summons the stonemason. Plans detailed by Quartermaster Kyre and Chancellor Evie are handed over to the dwarf along with a portion of the coins, the rest promised on completion of the work. Grumbling over the parchments the dwarf marks off a few points before finally nodding to the man and gathering up his instructions.

Assured that work would commence soon the man tacks up notices on the town boards and along all routes leading to the Cameo Pit.

Any entering the Cameo Pit are asked to take extreme care.
Renovation work currently takes place - beware of falling masonry!

Any thief found removing materials or tools will be brought before the Don and Chancellors.
