As far as I know, there exists allready a grafic for a waterwheel. Neon showed me something like this.
And if I am right, there is a technically problem with things, bigger than one groundsqare. So your wheel has to be cut in tiles, using only one square each (like the walls also are single tiles standing each on one square).

1) I don't think it looks awesome. It lacks textures, there is one placed on it, placed is too much, it is MISplaced on it. You don't know about texturing objects. That's a very difficult thing, use google to improve your skills. Furthermore it lacks details and therefore it looks boring. Just big, brown, unstructured areas.
2) Items and such things do not have to be cut into pieces. The client can handle bigger things as well. But that's not the problem here.

Thanks martin for correcting me ... than it was about persons, using two squares like dragons, what I mixed.
