I didn't say soon. If you are going to comment on balance, then for balance it can wait till they are both ready, right, or am I wrong on this? Even if it took six months longer, probably more.

I don't know why I actually discuss.... there is still no valid reason.

The "I wanna roleplay XY but I need a special engine based feature" is no valid reason for me.

It would be nice if there was something.... possibly even a rune to be used for protection instead of actively fighting for those mages that don't picture themselves as aggressors. If a rune, it would only be able to be used alone, and have to be stopped in order to use another rune which would prevent the "protect/attack" part of the scenerio hopefully. I always slightly wondered also, why have mage skeletons etc. if no magic resistence?

is not sure which priority is more important wondering if the death system/skill gain would decrease flaming in the forum so places both together

2nd: Balance existing features
3rd: Add new features (1st: Newbie island, 2nd: Magic, 3rd: Paperdolling,...) :wink:

I see no use for magic shields currently apart from making mages tanks. Can anybody elaborate?

What is a death system?
-> unconsciousness state, intermediate world etc, i.e. how to handle (near) death state
