It was more a question of luck i think, Gort.
There was a really heavy misstake, in the loading sequenz of the weapons, and so the weapon values got mixed up.
Some bad weapons became really good suddenly. And some good weapons bad.
The same thing with the armor. All armors got suddenly nearly useless.
I solved this now.
So some more tries are needed.

Langäxte haben Definitiv eine Reichweite von 2 Feldern.
Damit greifst du in so einer Maske an:
Ausgehend davon das C dein Charakter ist, kannst du einen Gegner der sich um dich herum auf einem der Felder F befindet angreifen.

Ein Char steht auf einem Feld. In dem Moment, wo er anfängt sich auf das nächste zu bewegen, aber rein Optisch noch nicht drauf ist, dann ist der Char für den Server schon auf dem nächsten Feld.
Und dann fängt das Script an anzugreifen.

it seems to me the main difference is that now the fights last longer (which doesnt bother me). However I have also noticed that the mummies that wrestle have got much stronger and can hit my char easily, but the sword and dagger wielding ones havent.
EDIT: now it seems that the wrestling mummies dont hit very often, but dodge every single one of my blows with green slashing.

My experience until now with the changes, depenting on Shandariels skills.
Daggers: Shandariel is quiet good with them, she has bright yellow skill. Using a single dagger she attacks quickly, and a mummy needs around 5-6 attacks. A pig the same. Using two daggers she becomes very slow, i man really slow...she makes one attack every 2-3 seconds. But for that she needs around 3 attacks to kill a mummy or a pig. Seems to be quiet good. A dagger and a shield is not as fast as a single dagger, but also not as strong, i think.
My opinion...two daggers are very slow. too slow. maybe that is because i miss the skill tactics, but imagine how a swift and agile elfess like shandariel needs so long to swing two daggers is a bit strange.
Dodging: well...Shandariel dodges 80 % of every mummy attack. And she has a dodge that just starts to turn green. I think that is maybe a bit too much dodging there for that skill.
Bow: I used the ebony bow until now. Have a green skill. I need 8-9 arrows for a mummy...buuut...it is so very slow. I mean really slow. the lag after each attack is too long. That makes archer, now after they do less damage, vulnerable. Also, an archer fights on a "hit and run" tactic. but with that lag after each attack, he can forget that.
Honestly, the slow bows are a big draw back for archers, and make being an archer, well...nearly impossible since you are so slow. you have not even time to run after the first shot on the enemy.
Thats my experiences for now.
Two daggers and bows more quickly attacking, less dodging by low skill when fighting mummys, and maybe also others, dont know.
Will test other bows more tomorrow

tested now staffs. Shan has green skill with concussion, but she needs three attacks, quick attacks, to take down a mummy or pig. If that damage can be done also in pvp than the duels and battles wont take long

Well I think that bows got slowed down because dodge got toned down considerably so not as many people will be able to dodge and thereby make 'distance weapons' a useless skill. Also, I noticed in the past on my archer that some bows shot faster then others, where as some were slow and strong and so on. Was ebony bow always a slower bow? (In my opinion the serinjah riders bow was by far the fastest). And if all bows are slowed to too slow, (Shandariel didn't give time >.<), then it is a problem. I think the Slowest bow should be 3 seconds. Fastest little over 1 second.

Distance weapons was never a useless skill. I once had a gm char hit my lizzard man with a throwing star and it took 1/th of his health. Another archer hit Gort with three arrows and took me down to about 1/10th health. Shandariel also has very affective arrows.
Something usefull I have to ask...Are there still npc archers? and if so can should they be weakened accordingly to this updat?

i took the time. The serinjah-rider bow takes 5 seconds between every shot. The elven-composite-longbow 6. Also the damage got reduced. She needed 1-2 arrows for a pig or mummy before, and now she needs 5-6.
Testing a bit more tells me that every bow has now a fire rate of 5-6 seconds between every shot. By a three times lowered damage amount. also a char is frozen for 5-6 seconds after every shot with a bow.
That is too much freeze
And shan used windarrows. They are even stronger than normal ones.
Also it seemed that the damage done by a good serinjah.rider bow and a very good elben-composite is not really much different. maybe the composite needs 5 instead of 6 arrows. there is no real visible difference between the bows anymore.
