Well thats what I was orginally thinking but I can't really fit 10 people
on there, so I just put one per race.

It seems a bit empty to me, maybe if you're only going to put the six pictures you can bring down the size of the banner?

How about you put text over the pictures and have a multicoloured background.

P.S. Has anyone seen Alamar online?

I have made a cheap little logo, but it looks rather *modern* for the Rangers.  If the image does not show up below, follow the link here.  Note that it is about a 30 second job, so I could make it a bit fancier if anyone likes.

I really don't like that tilted writing, it looks way to modern. I think something a little more rustic or older looking. At least in the style.

I agree with Seth about the font.  How about "Nouveau".  I also would prefer a dark, forest green background.

The next step? Umm well you are now part of the Rangers so there is little more to do. We still need a picture of you for the wep page, but other then that there is nothing. You may want to find a HC member in the game and take some quests to raise your rank a little.

Hello all Ranger members!

I, Cain Freemont....am very unfortunate.  It seems that I am no longer a member.  This, of course, was probably due to my very long inactivity.  Which brings me to my point...Would it be possible for me to get back into the Rangers?  The reason I was so inactive is because we had to move so suddenly.  We really didnt get situated until quite some time after the move.  Please respond soon, because I really want to be a Ranger again!

Sincerely yours,
Cain Freemont

I ..Cain Freemont, would like to retract my request to be let back into the Rangers.  There is a guild in which I feel I would be more fitted in.  Please disregard my previous message.  I would still however, like to help the Rangers in any way that I can, I just do not wish any longer to be a Ranger.

Sincerely always,
Cain Freemont.

I believe that the public relations officer for the Rangers, Astral has not been active enough.  I propose that either Inioch Hope or Korwin be placed as the Public Relations Officer due to the fact that they are the most active of the High Council.

P.S. What is this about an authority system? I  believe the High council should make the decisions with input from other members, not all people should make the decisions.  This is due to the fact that the members of our guild can often not be online for long periods of time and some can not get onto the boards either.

Thank you all.

@Roke: First, I agree that Astral has not been very active so I will talk to him and get him to pass of his "Job" to Korwin if he agrees to take it. I however will not take as I am already the offical Diplomate of the Rangers. However if he wishes to keep his job all I can do is hope he will be more active. Second, what authority system!?! We have not said anything about an authority system!

Greetings fellow members. I was pondering ways to improve our humble guild. Only one though came to mind, creating a ranger protocol. Basically this would be a sort of manual giving advice about what to do in certain situation and what not to do. Hopefully it would reduce rangers having to make rash descisions that turn out to be the wrong ones. I would appreciate it if you gave me your ideas about such a thing. Also telling if you support it or not.

Also, wasn't an authority system propsed? Giving each member a number giving him more say in votes and such?

I have been working again on the even newer website (the flash version), and the intro is complete.  You can get to it by going to the index page and clicking on the link to the flash page.  Since the actual flash website is not yet complete, it will only re-direct you to the high speed version once it is over.  More will be done soon.

@Roke:
If you look at the high-speed version (the one that actually gets updated), you will see that public relations is no longer there.  I may not be in the game that much, but I am very active in the boards, and read almost every thread.  I know of all the important events.  So if you have any more problems with outdated things, then please let us know.

P.S. I don't have a clue what you were talking about people making decisions who aren't able to read.

@Korwin:
Great idea, you can start working on it immediately! :)

There is some banner or logo that I made for rangers. Anyone like them? If not, please tell me. I will stop doing this. :)
