@Timothius: (I do not know what your timezone is but I'm sure that it is not impossible to meet with one of the High Council. Just keep an eye open. Between the three of us we can cover a large time period even if we are all from the same timezone.)

I talked to Fulige G Harifoot and I belive he would make a good member in the Ranger guild and so I vote YES that he be made a member.

oh yes and sorry about that little mistake about Alamar and joining I was tired and not thinking good.

Major confusion about the website:

I have made my version of the website, and Alamar has made another.
Alamar is not done his but has a start page made.
Alamar wants to have the link changed to his page.
I think it should be put off until his page is done.

This is the confusion going on right now. Luckily, is is up to me as when to tell Bror to change the link in the links section. For now, we use MINE.

And I think it is fine that Fulige join.

I would prefer that I (or Inioch/Korwin) get the pictures myself. That way they will all match and we wont have crazily edited pictures. For a first picture, you can send me one (as long as it is not majorly edited), but I will replace it when I get the chance. If I get some pictures that look very real and some that are clearly edited, it wont make a good impression on the person looking at it. I have changed my picture to just include the trees, as I will no longer allow pictures with other people, fields, building, etc. This just makes the page look a bit better.

I am now attempting to post the new Rangers system devised by Alamar. Here it goes.

This is the system that was devised by Alamar. We would have to discuss who would lead each department, and what new departments to create when someone joins the High Council. This is very far from being implemented, I just thought I'd show you what may be coming.

And the new statistics are up on the website, and they are quite.... overpowering :biggrin: . Sorry about this, most of those counts came from the website designers, but I cant estimate exactly how many. Oh well, all in the name of progress

I propose an idea, to better the future of the Rangers. At the Remembrance festival, we hold donations towards the Rangers. Also, I will share 1/4 the money I earn with the Rangers guild.
(Whats the ingot count for this group anyhow?)

Well, it's whatever I have (67 ingots) plus whatever Korwin has... So in total, not alot :biggrin:

Dont worry, I have alot of coal and ore waiting to be smithed.... I hope to have maybe over a hundred ingots by tomorrow. I just hope that it isn't lost during the transfer of servers. I will transfer it all into silver before then, since they are less likely to lose the money in the process. Tomorrow is work day!

I also vote for Bojo if you do :biggrin:

And who is Taruldur? I have never heard of him here before....

I am hanging on the edge of bankruptcy, but i will try to build up
some funds. And Taruldur is an elf who wishes for peace. He can ususally
be found about town.

I have also spoke with Timothius and he is willing to join the Rangers. I vote for him, I need one more.

Malgallad gave 8 ingots as well.

Some changes to the website, it is now a bit easier to view with slow internet.

Well the since i am apparently the treasurer I have 38 ingots, and in a short time
I will add 10 more. Taraldur is itching to become a member so hopefully Inioch
or Astral will meet him and vote soon. I have heard only good things of Timothius
so he has my vote to be accepted, I hope i didn't miss any thing...
P.S: Fulige G. Harifoot has taken some Ranger quests. He has reached the title of Experienced Ranger

Korwin shall be the keeper of all donations and that. The money that I have will be like a reserve, when the Rangers need some extra funds, I can get them.

I already know about your ways and I know that you would be a good Ranger. If Korwin or Inioch have already met you, then we can vote. I am sure that Korwin and Inioch already know enough about you to accept you.

And I was part of a most interesting event yesterday....

I was in the shop talking to Lloyd, and we had come to an agreement. Then, a woman named Natalie Florn began insulting Lloyd for no reason. She could not mind her own business, so we told her to be quiet. Then she attacks and kills Lloyd. We go back to her, and she denies having anything to do with killing Lloyd, and then she kills him again. So Lloyd goes off to get some of his friends, then we go back to her. At this time, a man named Silentslayer (I think) walks up and defends Natalie with no knowledge of the prior events. This just makes me angry, and I will be watching them very carefully in the future.

The information related to the quests is located at the Quests page on the website. You will have to find a member of the High Council and then do the task that you are supposed to.

Alamar has been working on a new website that is almost complete. It can be found at the location

I have accounted for that mix-up, Malgallad is the Experienced Ranger.

About the quests, I have been thinking about some limits on them. I dont want fees, fees are bad. I was thinking about putting the limitation in of one level per week. I believe that there are four levels. So, when a ranger has been part of the guild for one week, they are eligable to do the first quest. A week after that, they can do the next, and so on. This would be so we dont have a strain on the teachers. Also, the first week is the most critical for any new member, and the time most likely for them to leave the rangers. With the new system, we wouldn't have teachers spending their time giving quests when that person is only to be part of the rangers for a very short time.

Dont worry, this new system will (probably) not be in effect for a while. I need input from the other council members and any comments from other members are welcomed. Thanks.

And has anyone seen Fathe Boron lately?

PS: The "problem" with the website is that it is made for 1024x768 resolution, unlike mine which is made for 800x600.

The solution: since there is no scrollbar, pick a place on the site that you can highlight, and move your mouse down, highlighting the page. You should now see the links.
