@Bojo:
I am not singling anyone out, I simply stated that this is a disfunctional guild that cant get anything straight. Once someone joins, they just go their own way again. I want to bring this guild together, but it may just be an impossible task.

And I know that we have some people who come online at different hours and may do things for us. But since they dont post or tell us, we can never tell. More to my point of being disfunctional. For all the High Council knows, they could be running through town breaking all the rules. This is not something to be pleased about.

I think it is time to step in and do something about Lloyd. And now Gurok and his guild wish to defend him. Read the many posts about this on the RPG Board, you will see that the Bloodskulls wish to shelter that idiot.

One problem??? How will we stop Lloyd? Most of us have lost our magical powers, ARGH. I need them back if I am going to really help the Rangers, right now basicall all I am is a diplomat. I am very frustrated, I NEED MY POWERS or I am useless to the Rangers. I may be taking a leave of absence but I am not sure.

We won't have any problems, we can still fight reasonably well, but we'll hope it doesn't come to that.

I have spoken with Malgallad and I believe he is well suited to be a Ranger. He is dedicated to peace and helping people, and that is exactly what we want. He has agreed to the Ranger Code as well. He has my vote on becoming a member.

It has been brought to my attention that the New Members proceedure has not been mentioned anywhere. Just to clear things up, here it is:

1) Post here to say that you are interested and why you wish to join.
2) A meeting with one of the high council members in-game.
3) High Council vote.

And then you become an official member.

I vote for Malgallad also and Bojo if the interviewer says it is okay. Okay Astral I guess it would be okay to attack Lloyd IF the Bloodskulls don't attack us.

I have read enough from Lloyd to decide that he is stupid one and I want to help you with this but am not sure that attacking him will help... I have read that he died many times these days and he continue to have this behaviour.. don't know what will help - speech or force.
Whatever you choose I will suport you. I am average fighter and good archer especialy I have lot of fine made wind arrows....

Fortunately Gurok is looking into the matter, and I hope that we can continue our relations with the Bloodskulls. I hope that we do not have to fight, maybe we can change Lloyd's behaviour by word instead of by force. If neither shall succeed, then we have a problem. But I don't expect us to fail.

Congratulations Malgallad, you are now an Official Member!

Bojo and Jactana, the High Council will meet with you as soon as possible to get you accepted into the Rangers.

GREAT NEWS!

We have reached a truce with Lloyd! Thanks to well myself and I guess Korwin here are the terms.

Lloyd's terms were accepted and are as follows:

1) We will not attack him or boss him around in town.
2) If he is killed by a member of the Rangers (with proof) we will owe him some riches.
3) We will not call him sean or Laskie, he is sick of it.

Our terms were accepted and are:

1)He will not insult, spam this board or attack any Rangers
2) If he has attacked a Ranger and killed him we can retaliate.
3) We can not attack him without a VERY GOOD REASON

IF ANY OF THESE TERMS ARE NOT FOLLOWED THE TRUCE IS BROKEN. IF IT IS BROKEN BY A RANGER HE WILL FACE DEEP PUNISHMENT.

if a ranger says I has attacked him/her, there has to be irefusable proof, I do not want to wake up and find out I killed someone in my sleep!
also aobut wall spamming, how would I know if I am spamming? I mean if its obvious then yes, but I have not seen your spamming ways, so explain to me what it is please?

I have changed the website aroung a bit so that it has a low speed and a high speed version. The low speed version is the same as the high speed version, only it does not include background music, pictures (not many), and fade effects. I did this now because I am planning to put even larger files on the high speed. I will try to keep the high speed as small as possible, in case you wish to view the member pictures on a low speed connection.

This means that I will be retaking everyone's picture when I meet them, to make them a bit better looking.

@Fathe Boron:
What program did you use to make your image file? Apparently I do not have the program and I would like it. Right now I have to use 50k jpgs instead of gifs to get quality.

I have just heard of the sad news about Roke and his leaving of Illarion. It saddens me to see him go. It is for the best in any case as the High council has just voted that Roke be removed from the High Council. This too is bad news and it is very hard for me to make this post. The reson for doing this is that he has broken many of the Ranger Code. Including one of the worst offences - attacking another Ranger. I am sorry Roke that this must be done and I am sad to hear of your leaving. But because you are leaving this may not be so hard on you. Astral and Korwin have also made this vote so you do not think I am doing this alone. If you do come back Roke there will still be a place for you in the Rangers just not on the High Council.

Hmmm, he must have been pretty well trained before hand, he certainly knew what he was doing.

And we have a new possible member, his name is (soon to be) Alamar. He is designing a new website right now, which will be the new high speed version. I think all the High Council has met with him, I just need the vote. I vote for him.

I also Vote yes but only under the condistion that he agrees to all the terms of the Rangers and as at least some training to back him. If this this met then welcom to the High Council Alamar.
