@Devrah: Actually I found your Schmillarion rather funny. I do not consider it offending, not a bit.

Also I do not see people praying to me as if I were a god. But you're also free to name some in case you know them.

However, I wonder what you're actually requesting here. We decided, that houses, in average, and I repeat: in average should be smaller. That means, again, and I repeat that repetition again, that houses in average should be smaller. (I feel the strong need to repeat it because obviously this is a concept that most people do not understand easily)

We will have a town with houses with sizes about 10x10. This should be around the standard house.

What size would you expect your druid's playground to be then? Honestly? What would YOU find fitting? 40x40? 100x100? 300x200? The whole map? Just tell me. Or: Tell Aegohl.

It's all so incredibly stupid that I can't believe we're even discussing this matter.

And as for the rest of you, the next bullshit poster will get some punishment. I've enough now.

Really 10x10 is pretty good sized.

Some additional clarification for those people that have so thick of skulls that there is no room for a brain: In average means just that most houses will be that size. BUT NOT ALL. 8)

Pleases fell free to correct me if I'm wrong in saying that but I think I got the idea of it.

Regarding this:

Aegohl, the first screenshot looks larger, because it is zoomed in.

I understand that. However, I wasn't pointing out the size but rather the roominess. More will fit in the first example.

You saved some space by placeing the ladder outside the wall boundaries, but it kinda looks screwy though, since ladder seems to be sticking out. You also made space by rotating the two columns, freeing up a tile.
Why dont you extend the house all the way to the sea shore? That will satisfy the druids, and will make a compromise.

You misunderstand. The screenshot wasn't of a complete build yet. The tiles were not edited since the original (second) one. Not even speaking of the area with the ladder (which used to be a massive hallway that curled around the building and caused certain death if one were to go through the trouble of going all the way down it) the library in the first (newer) is more roomy and in the current (complete) version is even more roomy and consists of more tiles.

Compromise is what I did from the beginning. The problem is rather than talk to me, it was decided to have a board argument. Alysha, on the other hand, the owner, did the right thing and talked to me directly about it.

Manuel speaks to me directly about the Eldan Monastery. Aristeaus speaks to me directly about Varshikar and the owners of the individual buildings also talk to me directly. Most of my Greenbriar design comes from talks with Brendan Mason, but others are invited.

This is what causes results. Arguing with the faceless board, on the other hand, just causes silliness.

Proposals and the like are accepted at the board... this however isn't worded like a proposal.

I prepared a few updates for the next days ( ! ). But i don't think they will take place really soon, after your great post, Donal. Thank you.

Nitram
I find it rather peculiar that anyone still listens to Donal about ingame matters. Not to offend Donal, but just ignore him on such matters, considering he does not play anymore, he will like WoW more anyhow, no matter what kind of work you will do. I am quite surprised you even read his comments with seriousness.

It was not meant like that mister Kevin. It was more meant towards Nitram as a support in the back, because I think he does great work. And he is nice on the side, which also helps a lot. So no...Not ding ding ding.

I guess we can reclose this now. If there are any questions or suggestions concerning the brand new map, contact Aegohl himself.
