stupid accounts can you help anyone!!!

right im new and just downloaded the game and read everything there is to read well anyway, i opened the game and went to new player then entered in the information and my name which was Helldragon and password and email which was ryanjames132001@yahoo.com well once i created it . i knew you had to activite it first so i went to account request then typed in my user name and password and even e-mail ( i also checked case sensitive) then wehen i click ok it said error , make sure your information is correct why is this happening ???

That couldn't be true! If you have read all, including the name rules, you should know that the name Helldragon would never be accepted
