There are various issues with the spawns at the moment. In general, it's too much going on. The map is cluttered with dozens of different monsters even on a small location. A big rework is planned.

It's quite simple: If you drink a healing potion, there is a cooldown of 35 seconds before you can drink an other one. Pink potions can have instant effects and effects over time. We already have a cooldown for healing potions. I don't really like adding an other cooldown like described in this proposal. Having two versions of cooldown seems to make things more complicated than anything else. I'd rather just prolong the existing cooldown for healing potions. HOWEVER, consider...

If you make a cooldown, people could get trapped in teleporters areas either by monsters or chars. If you go to Cadomyr teleporter (a cage) and see 4 golems inside, you would take your way back by the teleporter. If you make a cooldown, you could not flee. Same applies for chars instead of golems. ...

It's a known bug that afaik requires rewriting the entire alchemy system to fix, and likely won't be fixed since a workaround exists: Adding the essence brew to the stock instead works. Mana regeneration is simply not the role intended for sibanac. Lore wise the bulbsponge mushroom is a mana saver.

Ever since I play a druid (2006) sibanac was used a narcotic to ease pain. That's fine. No hp reg or so needed.
