Bulletin board would be nice.

On the rot rate in general: Rotting should have a very high value. When characters are around, rotting should not take place at all. If that causes a mess, it's up to the chars to solve that.

Illarion is quite easy (way too easy, imo). I still don't see the problem with perfect being rare... and as noted, magic is not required to achiev perfect stuff. It just makes it easier.

I agree. I would say we should replace the current monsters with non-aggresive monsters. A sheep leaving the hedge you are collecting red elder from is certainly more entertaining.

There was a bug with glyph forging and old mages. Now, also old mages can trigger the glpyh forging using their wand. What about elves that are under 180 years old?
