Well can you tell me how to change to a different language too?

I wondered how i change to a different language and what the language skill"DE" means.

Ich hab mich gewundert wie ich in eine andere Sprache wechsle und was die Sprachfähigkeit (Sprachskill) "DE" zu bedeuten hat.

Wann wird vorraussichtlich das magiesystem wieder funktionieren...oder tut es das schon?

I bedaure mitteilen zu müssen dass meine Zeit zu begrenzt und-so fürchte ich-meine Fähigkeiten nicht ausreichend sind.
