Perhaps the client could be programmed so if you try to log in with an outdated version it wouldn't let you in and tell you that you need to go to the homepage and download the newest version. Either that or the client could be made to download the updates itself.

Ok, good news everyone, I got accepted! I am however waiting until I can get IG. However, I need to know something. It says on the homepage players can be knocked out before killed. Does that mean your knocked out when your Hp is 0 then another hit kills you or what?

Perhaps only a chance of the spell working, for example, if your bad in magic you might have a 10% chance of the spell working completely or at all, but if you're really good you could have a 60% chance?

no, I don't like that idea either. Please think if a char was deleted how long it takes to sign back up! Eventually all of the players patience would wear thin. Also, I think the current system is just fine, of course the death isle idea is nice too.

You guys are trying to make people think twice before doing something. What's the real point? This is a GAME, it can't follow ALL the rules of RL. If it did then it'd be one boring game. But I do reccomend losing some items. Not armor, or not all the time at least. One thing CIP did right on tibia, ...

Perhaps while on this 'death isle' a seperate set of character bitmaps could be used that would be like a white character who is slightly transparant. It would look the same as a normal avatar, just a transparant white. Or if you don't impliment death isle, that would be a good effect for a ghost.
