I have not found anyone to buy gems except the dwarf in front of the smithing building in Trolls bane. As for rings.....There just aren't a lot of people I have spoken to who seem to be really interested in them. I have been trying to find a goldsmith for days and can not seem to find one. Maybe it ...

*shrugs* I don't personally think that it makes much difference since there isn't a real market for gems or jewelry yet. If it doesn't get bought much then why put the effort into making cuts or quality? Besides quality is pretty much absolute. If you succeed you could just assume that it was good q...

There would more than likely be thousands of different cuts and each cutter would have their own specialty. If memory serves most old gems are either in an emerald cut (rectangular) or a diamond cut (like the picture of the cut diamond in the game). Fancier cuts have been progressively popping up si...

that is a lot of calculation isn't it? But it would either have to be infinite or change with the growth in popularity of the item and the game itself.

indeed. why do they have such limited copper supplies? Other than that I have an issue with trying to figure out what things are named. I had been dropping the large metal shields found on the skeleton until someone told me that you could sell then, which I had tried and failed to do, so long as you...

I have to agree to a degree. I highly doubt that Durgin, a dwarf, could ever wear a Lizard man's armor or for that matter shoot an elven bow. However, if you were to make it so the dwarven and halflings could interchange their special weapons and then humans, orcs, elves, and lizard men could all ut...

Even a Dwaven society of miner/smiths would have a defender class. If they are defense-minded enough to create a locked door and blockade themselves they should have rped a guard sect. I mean most other towns have guards. Better hire some Mercenaries then I suppose.

You are not supposed to join these boards unless your over 13, and this is a nonprofit game so there can be no liability. I don't personally think we've been too touchy; we just don't fit your expectations. You're used to representatives of games that you pay for where they have to hide their feelings behind professional jargon. We work hard for nothing, and, while we sometimes speak in representative tones, it's not ...

I guess I just have think less of the giving nature of master smiths. I couldn't really see a smith not getting upset with someone who is just watching them to pick up their secrets. Were it a real situation I think that there would be no public smith areas in the first place. You would have to walk...

Just a question. Who made the map? Was it hand drawn or computer generated? Whatever it is I think it is fantastic and just wanted to tell whomever made it that I thought that it is an excellent map. Sorry if it sounds like I am kissing @$$ here, but I have just never been very good at making map my...
