I made My character with the client, but When I requested an account, it didn't work

What is the specific error you got?

You have to enter exactly the same informations as you did in the client.

yes, of course i did! still didn't work...
should there be anything in the Illarion folder? other than the exe and tbl files?

No there isn't anything informations.
Perhaps is your Password longer than 8 signs?
