Problem in game - some gfx problems

Some of the skill meters on the skills option do not appear.
another thing is that the lizardmen arent green.
can you fix these problems?

lizardmen are greenish; lizards, in general, are not green, lizardmen in rpg-books are not always green - so i decided to make a texture with green/brown elements.

maybe its a little too dark on the back, but for now it will remain like it is.

Which skills do not appear? Have you used these Skills often (i.e. 100 times or more)?
