I think it would be cool if the gear you wore would affect your apearance that way there could be a little bit of distinguishment between characters of the same race.

nice wish, but very hard to acomplish, since for each combination the char has to be done all over again.

who would be doing that??

MAYBE there will be something like that in far, far future, when a lot of good graphic artists help doing it.
it would increase the clients size dramatically and it would need a lot of time&work.

for the moment, this is not planned.
