nothing happens when I sign on to game

I have already gotten the acceptence e-mail for my char Elroff Celeborn, and when I try to turn the game on, it's just a black screen with a cursor and nothing else happens. I was wondering if you've created my char yet?

This Hammer of impatience is +20.
It is simulated by the GM command "BanBadguy".
