It'd be nice to be able to delete your guys if you want.It'd save room to.And maybe a lost password on this site.

Hmm, good idea. But not delete them, it would be better if a character had the ability to commit sucide. That's more dramatic and realistic.

i think, discspace isn't a real problem, for characters don't need much of it.
you can just "forget" your char...

I made a real cool old elf dude, then I pressed OK...
Ooops! I forgot to put his stats in there!
Now when I press OK, I need to put a corny name in there
thats much, MUCH worse than the cool name i had there.
Thats why we should have the freedom to erase our char.
but we need a system where only the creator can erase it (or GM's)
