Adding Characters

I was trying to ADD a character to my account. From my understanding:

-You visit the Account Request page, fill out the information.
-Send an e-mail to: accounts@illarion.org
-Wait for character to work.

When sending my mail at accounts@illarion.org - I got a message back, saying the e-mail was disabled. How do I add a character to my account? Do I have to send an e-mail?

did you create your character first? And the account requests are stopped so that might pervent adding characters.

To add a character, be sure to create it using the client first.

Then, request the new character using the request form. Be sure to use the exact name and password you used while creating the character. Be sure to use the same email as your original character. Be sure to mark the "add character to account" box.

Finally, remember the account motto while your character is activated: Be patient.

i sent my account request for a hobbit charactor named Erling Proudfoot and i used a different emailadress ( Shadowlink2099@aol.com ) because i was told my other would not work i sent this i about 12 days ago and i can wait since i have an account already

1st. You can only have one account. All your characters must be on this account. Your email address is like your account number, so all your characters need to have the same email address. So, if the previously used email isn't working, be sure to submit a request to change your email on your existing characters.

character_requests@illarion.org
= Name/password changes and everything else concerning your character; ATTENTION: send your character password within the email or your email will be ignored!!

2nd. After the email change, submit your addition, with the new, working email. Even adding a character to an existing account takes time, so be patient.

sorry i ment to say i as adding a charactor
When i was first sending in for an account one of the gms said that my email adress as no good so i gave him another one Shadowlink2099@aol sorry if you dident understand me
