When I first started a few months ago I gained the mining skill and could get ore pretty easy. I have been back a few days and I cant get any ore just wore out and a bunch of broken shovels. I use shift+ click on shovel then rock. what in the world has changed? this goes for choping trees too.
Yes but I thought It might be out of character so I first asked here just incase the controls changed or something some ppl can be touchy about roleplay
Ask a dwarf ingame how to mine, in special how to mine coal. Besides, if you chop a tree these days, be aware that the next thing to be chopped will be the head of your character, but find out ingame.
accually changing the mining system without telling the players the keys is an ooc problem, having to ask another player ooc for the key combonation to perform an action interferes with the roleplay. "how do I mine?" "dig of course!" "...how do I dig?" ".....uhh you dig?" "no HOW do I dig?" "((oh use this key with this key blah))" "((ok thanks))". To my knowlage mixing ooc with ic was frowned apon but its your game.
Knowing what keyboard combinations to use is deffinately an ooc matter and should not be asked in game. Vallen is right for asking here and not ingame.

I was asking about the keys I got the ingame info ingame before I posted. but I did not want to contaminate the rp atmosphere by asking about keys ingame. Mabe we can figure out whats ingame and not ingame so when people have questions there wont be a debate everytime
