Königliches Urteil - Royal Judgement to Ashburg Gragthanggar

Hiermit verurteile ich Kraft meiner Königswürde Ashburg Gragthanggar

Zu einer Gefängnisstrafe, die sich wie folgt zusammensetzt:

Bruch der Verordnung zur Beschränkung von Kämpfen

Absatz eins - Kampfhandlungen sind auf dazu gerechtfertigten Anlass und Situation zu minimieren
Fünf Stunden

Absatz zwei - Das Verletzen oder gar Töten einer Person ohne triftigen Grund ist nicht erlaubt.
Zehn Stunden

Bruch der Prinzipien zu Besitz und Eigentum

Absatz zwei Hat ein Gebäude oder ein Territorium legitime Besitzer oder wird von es jemanden in deren Auftrag verwaltet, haben Personen, die sich dort befinden, sich an deren Verodnungen zu halten. Das Grundstück ist zu verlassen, wenn der Besitzer oder jemand der darüber Verfügungsgewalt hat, dazu auffordert.
Zwei Stunden

Somit ergibt sich eine Gesamtstrafe von 17 Stunden, da die Höchstrafe 10 Stunden beträgt werden die restlichen 7 Stunden nach vollstrecktem Urteil zur Bewährung ausgesetzt, die Haftstrafe ist unverzüglich zu vollstrecken.

Ferner wird der Verurteilte Ashburg Gragthanggar innerhalb der Mauern Silberbrands für Verbannt erklärt, da er den König höchstselbst niedergeschlagen hat. Sollte er in den Mauern Silberbrands angetroffen werden ist er unverzüglich zu töten und sein Schädel zur Warnung für andere vor den Toren auf einen Spieß zu stellen.

Die Verbrechen geschahen innerhalb der Mauern Silberbrands und unterliegen somit der Gerichtsbarkeit des Königs von Silberbrand. Lyrenzia ist wie man der Beitrittserklärung Silberbrands entnehmen kann, verpflichtet das Urteil formell zu bestätigen und die Durchsetzung nach besten Kräften zu unterstützen.

Ashburg came to me after he did what he did. I know he killed Tialdin, but this is after 8 or 7 dwarves surrounded him. He was inside Silverbrand, because he chased Glosin into Silverbrand after Glosin said orcs were dumb. Glosin ran into Silverbrand for safety but Ashburg was to fast.

That is Ashburg's story and he is not one to lie.

But tis not a reason to step into our city uninvited. As the rules of the Lyrenzia Foundation say, He must leave when the owner of the property asks him to. He was not invited, and was given much oppertunity to leave, but he kept hollerin about wanting dwarven beer to leave.

glosin is a citizen of silverband and because of that silverbrand will protect him. ashburg wasn't too fast, the king himfels have opened the gate. but ashburg just entered without asking for allowness. after that ashburg have attacked glosin, we have told ashburg to leave many times and we have warned him that we will take action and that he will get problems with the clan if he don't leave. ashburg have blackmailed us too. he wanted 50 beer or he wouldn't leave. NOONE can think he can blackmail us on OUR ground. after many, maaany times of telling him to leave we have take action. we attacked ashburg as an intruder. than ashburg have wounded tialdin ((killed. crossvisit for him)). just because glosin have maybe insulted him doesn't mean that he is allowed to enter silverbrand without permission and blackmail us. everyone who enters silverrband have to follow the words of the citizens of silverbrand. if the don't do it, the will get punished.

iam sure it is the same in Northerot, right Grant? and i want to see YA when a citizen of trolls bane come to Northerot and make trouble, blackmail ya and want vobes death because he have killed a other citizen of trolls bane and have insulted him.

Aye, I was there. This is what I saw:

I jus' became a citizen of the great Silverbrand yesterday, an' Tialdin, Galim an' me were talkin'. Then a few others came in. After a while there were five of us. After a long talk 'bout dwarven matters, a dwarf was heard yellin'. We came to the gates an' let him in. It was Glosin. Followin' him was Ashburg Gran...... Ashburg G. He tol' us that Glosin had been callin' him names, but no one had proof. Then he said we should give him beer as payment for Glosin's bad deeds, but at the time we had none. We told him that we had none, but he would not listen. He said he would not leave until he had about 50 beers.

After a while of talkin' and arguin', Ashburg said he would have to kill Glosin for his deeds. Glosin ran inside to hide, but Ashburg followed him. We all met in the forge area and talked some more. After perhaps half an hour of talkin', we could not get Ashburg to leave. War axes were handed out, and the rules from what I have heard say 'Ye can not enter Silverbrand without permission, an' it is punishable by death.' But ye see, this Ashburg fellow is strong. We all gathered war axes, an' since I am not a good fighter I did not help much. Not a hit was laid upon the orc an' he struck down our king, an' maybe a few others, but I do not know that for certain. Once we found out that we could not defeat him, or even lay a hit on him, we all scattered and some left the city and locked the gates shut. Ashburg could not leave and shouted for them to open it but they did not. I was one of two at least who were inside. Ashburg said he would kill us two if they did not open the gates, so we ran. That is all I saw. After that I came to the forge area again and the dwarves were talking again.

Thank you lyrenzia for punishing this orc. He went too far when he killed our king. Althought there could have been harsher punishments I think this one will suit him fine.

I thought Tialdin already had sentenced Ashburg... I didn't know Lyrenzia could rule in Silverbrand, I thought King Tialdin ruled there.

No day without a commentary from Grant Herion... Silverbrand has no own prison, dead people need no prison. So, anyone who escapes our halls and has committed a crime will be thrown into the prison that is used by Lyrenzia.

Translation:

For an imprisonment because of the following reasons

Paragraph two- Hurting and killing an innocent person without a conclusive reason is not allowed.

Breaking the regulation of possession and property

Paragraph two- If a building or a territory has a owner or someone manage it for someone else, other people have to respect the law of the owner. The strange person, to this land or building, has to leave if the owner or the manager ask him to.

Therefore the punishment is 17 hours, but the highest punishment is 10 hours, therefore the last 7 hours are held as a probation. The imprisonment is going to be executed immediately.

The condemned Ashburg Gragthanggar is also banned from Silverbrand, since he attacked the King personally. If he shows up in Silverbrand, he will be killed on sight and his skull is going to be put on a stick to be a warning for everyone.

The violation happened inside of Silverbrand and therefore in the region of the law of the King of Silverbrand. Lyreanzia is supposed to confirm the punishment and support it with all of their power and best conscience.
