Attention Lyrenzia peoples
Greetings Lyrenzia highups,
Earlier today myself and Nerevar Shadowaxe were in town, I had to do some business and talk to certain people. Brendan and Toby, (i don't know this persons last name), threw food at myself for no reason what so ever.
I let this pass and me and Nerevar went up to Northerot, Brendan and Toby followed. Nerevar and I talked in front of Darlok's castle about certain things while Brendan and Toby threw sand and dirt at myself. Then when Nerevar and I went inside Brendan and Toby mimicked our voices and such.
After we were in the castle and they could no longer annoy us they left. What I would like for you Lyrenzia people to do is to make this kind of behavior unacceptable. Because both of these hobbits are in the Evergreen Hobbits I think you can punish them or something like this.
I know none of us want any friction between Lyrenzia and Northerot, so if you can keep your people undercontrol it would greatly be appreciated.

It is a simple courtesy to keep the men you rule over inline and have them behave themselves and not go out of their way to annoy respectable persons, (only a matter of time before one of these hobbits writes something like "who said your respectable Grant?").
I am sure that Lyrenzia would not enjoy it if I would walk to their castle and threw dirt clumps at Lyrenzia councilors then mimicked them til they were forced to go into their castle.
I hope Lyrenzia Councilors give these hobbits a warning stating they are not to do this.

This really does take the biscuit Grant. Now, while you're at it, why not add a few more charges to me.
And I do wonder who that person who provides you with information is...hmmm....
And yes, people of Lyrenzia. The Movement were planning to wage war on us, but decided to call it off.
Oh, and I accept whatever punishment Grant wishes me to suffer. He already killed me on sight once before, I welcome a repeat show.

Dear Grant Herion,
Councilor Damien has answered our policy right:
You were also a person, that has several times complained about Lyrenzia controling and taking away freedom. But now, you like to force us to make new laws and control all people in town? Seemed, that you are always talking the way you can gain the most advantage for yourself.
For the behaviour of people in guilds which isn't against the laws of Lyrenzia are the guilds itself responsible. Ask them for punishment.
And by the way, killing is against the laws of Lyrenzia.
I hope, my words will help you.

Councilor Damien has answered our policy right:
As I know, you are well informed about our laws. So you know, what kind of crime will be punished by Lyrenzia and what not.Damien wrote:Lyrenzia was NOT made to control any people. Everyone has the freedom he wants as long as he does not harm others - everyone is responsible for his own actions.
You can accuse these persons of a crime that can be punished by Lyrenzia by imprisonment though.

I agree
Grant I agree with you, Lyrenzia should watch their citizens if they offend outlanders.
Good luck.
