i see alot of peopel complaining that they cant get theri account, and i got my name reply in 3 days. then i got my sotry reply in 2 days. perhaps its because i was simple and all, but was it out of pure luck? or did it have something to do with my name being really simple or my story being really good?

No, it did something to do with the freetime of the workers on it.

Timing has something to do with it, because if they are done for the day and you right then send it in it will be nearer the top of the pile, see what I mean? Interrogating the gm's about the account process, how long it takes, what percentage is accepted, maybe you should stop there.
