I was there when the Ashburg and Balak fight and the Kincent fight. Balak was up there causing trouble calling people names. Than Ashburg said leave Darloks land before head get chopped off. Than Balak kept bad mouthing than Ashburg did what he said he was going to do kill him.

Now Kincent. Kincent and I were talking in the tavren, when Balak walks out I told her to stop causing fights with orcs or you will bring us into war and we don't want war. Than he goes off in a mad rage and starts threatening Kincent. Kincent held back and did not hit him. He has lied about that. Balak was the one about to hit him. Kincent walket away from the fight with no blood spilled.

I do not think I have ever hit Balak. And I don't even think he has meet me, or at least I have never properly introduced myself to him. So I doubt what he says is true.

Balak beats his proceedings for the court trial into the boards with a hammer before walking away.

The greenskin Ashburg never said a word ta me! I was goin' bout be business when he set upon me suddenly with no warnin' and no reason that I knew at the time. I was savagely hunted and mutilated! For those crimes do I appeal fer justice!

I am and have always been an ardent follower of the Law. I am a dwarf and laws are sacred to me! This is not an issue of law as I knew nothin' bout any law that forbid goin' up north. And I am still uncertain 'bout that as I have been told many things - the land up north is 'Movement' land, the land up north is 'Darlok's land', the land up north is 'No one's land'.

Ye creature Grant Herion! 'Course I never introduced ta ye! Does a victim of a murdererin' towncaster run up and politely introduce himself as a friend?! The one that did so would be a fool! YE have done worse than hit me ye have hit and CASTED in town on me with yer foul magicks! I charge ye and may my beard fall off if I have said ANY untrue word!

Glosin I am deeply shocked at yer words. I have never met a brother dwarf that has been a liar! Maybe ye are no dwarf or brother! That is another issue tho and is dwarven business to be settled the dwarven way so I won't speak more of it now. When the time comes tho there will be much fer ye to account fer ye should know!

Here is my testimony of the crimes 'gainst me.
http://www.illarion.org/community/forum ... php?t=7963
Witnesses are the honorable halflin' Brendan Mason and Reda. They saw the greenskin Ashburg carry out his crimes!
Reda and bystanders at the time are witness to the town castin' and crimes of Grant Herion and Kincent Nolatri! Reda was chased by the two criminals herself!

This dwarf is a liar. His word is all this case has. No one has said that I have casted in town. No one has said that I have attacked him. If I am judged guilty, I will not go quietly because these are very false acusations.
Also, he says he is law abiding, but there is a trial going on in Silverbrand right now as to wether he will be allowed to stay because he causing trouble.

Keep these words in mind when you pass judgement.

Yes Grant is right Balak does have a trail in silverbrand right now for his crimes. He has lied, threatend and killed. Balak is the one liying. Ashburg gave him countless warnings but Balak called him and mr. Grant... "gaglings" what ever the dear that means. SO Ashburg had every right to chop his head off. Balak walks around looking for fights and causes nothing but trouble.

Dear fellow dwarves,
since which day do we have trials in Silverbrand at all?! We have a monarchy, we have The One who says what´s right and what´s wrong, that´s our law. Now, my dear fellow dwarves: Please, all of you stop the shame on our race. Behave like dwarves, solve your problems the dwarven way. Babbling and scribbling on a shopwall is not the dwarven way to solve your problems like Galim already mentioned, use your axes or do a drinking contest. Balak, Glosin, one of you is lying. Dwarves do not lie. Did I make myself clear? Now, solve this case as quick as possible.

Yours Belegi

This trial will be postphoned until King Tialdin has decided the case between the two dwarfs. After his decision, we will make our judgement about these charges.

It is opened again, because Tialdin said to me, that the two dwarves haven't yet called for the king for a trial. Therefore Tialdin can't make a decision and the reason for postphoning this trial isn't valid anymore.
