Bekanntmachung:

am heutigen tage haben sich der führer des clans der axt, Tschernebog, und der führer der Bloodksulls Veralion getroffen und in einem gespräch miteinander sich gegenseitig Frieden zugesagt. Den mitgliedern der beiden gruppen sei gesagt das untereinander keine kämpfe geführt werden sollen und das sie in frieden miteinander leben sollen. dies bezieht sich nichtnur auf den clan der axt sondern auch auf alle bürger silverbrands. desweiteren wird der clan der axt ebenfalls keinen angriff auf jeglichen zwergen dieser insel dulden. und ich schrieb angriff, denkt also nicht das ihr einen skull einfach so angreifen könnt nur weil ihr glaubt der clan würde euch dann helfen. wenn ihr den schutz des clans wollt, sosolltet ihr euch ebenfalls an die friedensabmachung halten. und sollte es dennoch zu streit kommen, so solle man erst miteinander sprechen bevor man die waffen zieht.

desweiteren wurde abgemacht das es den skulls erlaubt sei silverbrand als freunde und als besucher zu betreten, genauso wie es den zwergen von silverbrand erlaubt ist die ogerhöhle zu betreten. sofern beide genug bier mitbringen und sich an die gesetze der jedweiligen höhle halten. und beide gruppen haben auf wunsch der gastgeber die höhlen wieder zu verlassen, unverzüglich. aufgrund von arbeiten welche die bloodskulls an den höhlen durchzuführen haben und gewissen reperaturen an silverbrand ist es jedoch beiden gruppen erstmal angeraten ihn nächster zeit die höhlen des jeweils anderen nicht zu betreten.

today the leader of the clan of axe, tschernebog, and the leader of the bloodskulls, veralion, have met. at the following conversatione the two leaders have promise peace between the clan of axe, the citizens of silverbrand and the bloodskulls. members of these groups shouldn't fight each other. and in case of trouble they should talk first but they shouldn't use their weapons. but let ya say tschernebog and the clan will defend EVERY dwarf on this island who will be attacked no matter from whom.(will be attacked. the dwarves shouldn't thought that they can walk to a skull and attack him without a good reason because they think the clan would help thw dwarf. be sure, they wouldn't help one who does something foolish like that.if someone want the help of the clan he should pay attention too the contract of peace between skulls and the clan).

tschernebog and veralion have make an agreement that the dwarves of silverbrand and of the clan are allowed to enter the ogrecave as friends and visiteos. the skulls are allowed to enter silverbrand as friends and visitors too. as long as both groups have beer with them and will follow the laws and rules of each oither in the caves. both groups have to leave the cave if the host want it. because of works at the ogrecave and repairs at silverbrand both groups shouldn't enter the other cave for the next time.
