Lost my request?

I have requested an account on the 26 July (13 days ago) and received no reply yet (except the automaticaly generated). I just want to know if it is lost or still in process. For obvious reasons I won't state my characters name here, but the email address should be like <Christian Rueck> bror@gmx.net

I hope the waiting time has an end soon (some of you might know that I have been waiting for about four years to play this game...)

I am sure we recived your eMail Bror, and we also accepted the name.
Because you already have an Account (as far as i know) we passed your request to the activation process.

I dont know why you need to wait that long.
