Illion listens to the land screaming for this hell to end.

We must seize Darlok at any cost, for our land has been poisoned at his hand and with his sand. My elvish fathers of the past would have used their bows to shoot down anyone who has denied the land of its trees. We must end these games and finish this once and for all. Who is with me?

Illion begins to calm down after letting out some aggression.

You might want to take a good look at 'the gathering storm' note, rather than organizing yet another force.
