When I try to login to the game a window pops up sayind"your account hasn't been accepted, please apply for it via e-mail"
How am i meant to get into the game?
I have already applyed for it through e-mail..
I really want to play this game can some one please help me:P

So you have to wait, until you get an email back, in which some questions are. Answer these and send them back and wait, if your account will be accepted.
But first proof, if your name isn't in the list of Galdriel and fit the name rules.
