Mass ogre attack no town

Comrades! a mass of ogres has just attacked our town! i slew 11 of the beasts and a hunting party went out and found the rest, so this is what they were planning! Maybe we can expect the animals to reuturn now that the ogres have been vanquished..

I think not... a coordinated ogre attack could have a source. And IF they were responsible for the vanishing of animals and other beings - what is a possibility, but not a proven fact - why should they return them when a large group of them has lost an attack ?

They have attacked before, do not expect them to return.

Which direction did they come from and where did the hunting party find the others?
It might help to find the cave.
