I want the following server checked and banned on the gorunds of, repeated killing,lieing and casting in town, downrgiht rudness and ordering townsfolk around without gods status and any law terms (no laws were being broken)

Lying and casting in town are not offenses that the server will be checked for. Casting in town is a roleplaying offense (to most people), not an Illarion rule offense. Same with lying. The only thing that may be checked for is the repeated killing. (It took me a while to understand this post)
