class acadamies

i cant find anything about this on the site, so i propose that each class has, somewhere in the world, has an acadamy to train younger players and get them started in the basics. of course it would not be REQUIRED to attend one, just a better newbie system for those who wish to learn a little about in game(theres only so much you can learn by reading forums and faq's). there would, of course, be a small fee, just to pay for the teachers time. and perhaps the acadamy could double as a council, making laws of conduct for each class(this would reduce the abuse of certain classes) to be inforced by the council leaders. this would greatly give a sense of direction and importance to newbies and other players of any class, and since it's not mandatory, those who do not wish such a controlled environement could simply not show up. tell me what you think...

This is theoretically, already in existence, what with the Magic Academy and such...

brendan, the magic acadamy is not open to everyone, and does not train newbs. most people ingame are helpful though.
