I lost my life to a spider.. but the spider decided to block the exit of the dungeon :)  Could this be a bug brought about by a bug?

Thats called really bad luck ;)
i have only once gotton stuck and thats when I was a newbie.
(was stuck by bees :))
The entrance is cleared, and Ill stop by monster cave once in a while. :)
