All my stuff has gone :o(

I just logged in after the server went down (loged in at approx 1.10am tuesday 4th) and to my horror, all my belongings in my chest were gone ..its empty, cept for some saw dust. All I have is a bag on my back no leather armour (and 3 pot ash I found when I logged in)

If I click on any of the empy squares in the chest I get C++ runtim errors.
And there are no skills, as in there is no text in the skills column.

I have tryed reinstalling Illarion but still the same.

oooh so much silver..so many things...so much hard work gone. I dont even have a saw or dagger left to stab my self with. Guess ill have to use the river.

any chance of some help before I jump?

A certain dwarf had worked hard in the mines all his life, and in his old age he teaches the young dwarfs all he has learned about working the mines.

One day while teaching a bright light appears and he hears a voice.

"For working hard all your life and teaching others, I will grant you one wish. You may have unlimited wisdom, unlimited health, or unlimited gold."

The dwarf thinks for a little while and and finally decides to ask for the unlimited wisdom.

The young dwarfs gathered around stare in awe at the halo of light around the now wise dwarfs head.

"Teacher, now that you are so wise, what great wisdom have you learned?", one of the youngsters asks.

With a shake of his head and a sigh the old dwarf replies, "I should of taken the gold."

Although I have not lost all of my items I have suddenly become the proud owner of 3 pinnacles. I believe they have taken the place of my shovels. I can easily replace the shovels that is no problem I wa just wondering if anyone else had found the same "gifts" on opening their depot and if so what did you do with them???? I am very puzzled by this.

OH NO!!!

I thought I did that only for me?!?

I was doing some testing and, don't ask, I found it useful to carry a pinnacle... I *though* I did it just for my character.

I certainly hope I didn't change EVERYONE'S shovels to pinnacles!!!

Haha, I sure did. I changed them back to shovels.

. All I can say apart from you berk, is that it gave me a laugh. I was trying to work out what I could use them for, but came up with no ideas at all. Thank you for the giggle, and for changing them back.

I believe a pinnacle is some sort of tinket. Unless he means pentacle...which the nis an entirely different story.
