Chapter I: Cherass skirmishes.
A tall man writes a paper while laying in a dark cave, waiting his enemies disband
Happily walking found the stupid halfer Fergro, among the feral and an elfess. I invited them to leave to their prision and this little rat called Fergro soon fled but the elfess talked arrogantly and stood. So I knocked her and took her away to one of our headquarters: Cherass citadel. The feral who i named Valor of course followed me, loyal as usual. Tied to the pilar the elfess kept her arrogant attitude so I had to disuade her to behave, making a campfire under her and testing her skull resistance. Meanwhile, I took her bag as spoils of war.
Suddenly, from nowhere, a lizard came and attacked me. The lizard seemed unable to speak a language different from hissing. I opened two portal to make Valor leave but she didn't. So I had to leave them. But I could not leave Valor alone like this, so I returned and gave the lizard a beating, helped by the magic. When I was covering Valor's retreat, there showed up the scaler from Runewick Fooser and the old big mouth hag from Cadomyr Aleytys. I was on the bridge, surrounded. Luckily the first lizard was stupid enough to jump into a portal, and then when I attacked Fooser and made him step back I could easily run away by a portal.
I still wonder how they could find me? Do they have spies to know where I'm and what I'm doing?
I'm now heading to take one of them down...

Re: Conquering Illarion: War Chronicles.
Down in the cold, icy caverns, tied to a pillar near the water, the body of an elfess kneels in the ashes, hold upright by the ropes. Burnt leather clothing and bandages on her legs, Scorched flesh. Strands of red hair, covering grey eyes, widened in agony. Her lips parted in her final scream.
Fenya knew it was her last day, the moment, the strange wolf girl appeared. A wolf without fur, more human than the most, maybe. Just like the old woman had predicted on her journey, many years, before she had arrived on the paninsula. So, she sent Fergro away to face her final fate, keeping him out of it. This was her path and it was all along, so she had to walk it alone.
Being rescued once, surprised her though. So many showed up, but it was rather to get hand on that unmannered, degenerated shrink head, than rescuing her. At least, that is how it felt. Fergro though escorted her back to Galmair, now that it seemed to be safe, she did not refuse. Maybe, the brave halfer was the closest to a friend, the wandering elfess ever had.
How wrong she had been. Fate was nothing that can be tricked.
The shrink head appeared, knocking her down. Halfway unconcious, she saw Fergro fall, trying to safe her. She felt guilty, drawing him into her mess. His journey behind the grey veil was not necessary, but there was nothing, she could have done. Soon, she felt the cold of the cavern, thrown over the man's shoulder like a sack, followed by burning pain, meeting her final fate.
But she died with pride, spitting her final words at him: "The gods will punish you!"
The smoke ceased her voice, choking her slowly. But she could leave without regret, knowing she would see her loved ones again, finally...
